I ordered from R.S. Hughes and the shipping ended up being quicker than I thought it would be. I wasn’t exactly stressing about the timing, but I also kind of needed the stuff for work, so getting it a couple days early was a nice surprise. The box looked fine, everything was there, and nothing was messed up. I don’t have much to complain about, even though I usually find something to nitpick. I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered from rshughes.com while I was feeling a bit pressured to get everything sorted quickly, and thankfully the billing didn’t add any extra stress. I ordered from R.S. Hughes and ended up needing to return one item because the size wasn’t right for what we were using it for.
The return did go through, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I had to wait a bit for the instructions and ended up following up once, which was a little annoying but not a HUGE deal.
The refund came through eventually, so overall it worked out. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely double-check the details first so I don’t have to deal with another return.

"Pretty solid help getting my account set up"
I had a little trouble getting my account set up, though maybe I was missing something obvious, who knows. Support got back to me quickly and helped me get it sorted out. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but overall I’d say it was a good experience

I ordered a few things and later found out some of them were on backorder. They did send me an email about it, but it came later than I would’ve liked. Since I’m careful about what I spend, I just want to know sooner if something I paid for isn’t shipping right away. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but faster updates would’ve made it better

I already had the impression their site would be straightforward, and using it kind of confirmed that for me. I had to ask about my order customer service got back to me faster than I thought they would. I was a little annoyed at first because I didn’t want to deal with it, but then they were helpful and got things sorted without making it a whole big issue. It wasn’t like some amazing perfect experience or anything, but also, yeah, I appreciated how easy it ended up being. Overall, not bad at all.

I was looking for a specific safety item and everywhere else was showing it out of stock, out of stock, out of stock. R.S. Hughes actually had it available, and placing the order was simple enough. Really not much more to it, I was just glad I found it there right when I needed it.

I ordered some shop supplies and needed the safety sheets for our work records, rshughes.com made it painless. The docs were right there and easy to pull up, which saved me from having to email around or wonder if I was using the right info. Maybe I’m the only one who gets annoyed by that kind of thing, but it was nice when it just worked. The site was simple to use and I didn’t run into any issues.

I ordered a few safety supplies from R.S. Hughes for a job we had coming up, though I can’t remember the exact mix of stuff now. The order showed up when they said it would, tracking seemed to update normally, and the box was in decent shape when it got here.
I’m giving it 4 stars because one of the items came separately and showed up the next day, which wasn’t a huge issue for me. Not sure if that’s normal for them or just how this order worked out, but overall the delivery was reliable.

I ordered a few supplies and the tracking was really easy to follow. It shipped when they said it would, actually, I think it went out right on schedule, and it showed up on the exact day listed. The box arrived in good shape and everything I ordered was inside. No issues at all, and I’d use rshughes.com again.
